[2010-08-14] descriptions in CISflight index enhanced

Starting today all CISflight ebooks are enhanced by adding a more descriptive text to all entries of the PDF index directories.

No more simple page numbers like "5.1" in this section - instead a real topic, such as "ENR 5.1 PROHIBITED, RESTRICTED AND DANGER AREAS"
