[2010-08-05] Coverage for "VFR all available countries - one year" extended

We've extended the set of AIPs included in the "VFR all available countries" edition.

Now all AIPs are included that contain ANY visual approach.
Therefore this package includes most IFR approaches as well since most countries do not publish dedicated VFR AIPs.
